Cerebral Palsy Cumbria£3,0002016The CKDCF has donated £3,000 to Cerebral Palsy Cumbria. The donation will fund a Child Support Worker/Physio at the organisation.
The Mayfield Special School, Whitehaven£1,1102016The CKDCF donated over £1,000 worth of equipment to Mayfield School, which will assist the children in expressing themselves through the arts. In memory of John Lynn.

Lily Tyson£1,0002016The CKDCF donated £1,000 towards the cost of an eye-gaze machine for a young girl suffering from Rett syndrome. This donation was made through the West Cumbria Society for the Blind.
West Cumbria Society for the Blind£3,0002016The CKDCF has donated £3,000 to the West Cumbria Society for the Blind. The money will be used to fund a support worker to assist visually-impaired children in west Cumbria.
Newcastle RVI Children's Cancer Wards£1,2872015The CKDCF has donated 200 Christmas selection boxes to Newcastle RVI's Children's Cancer Wards, to be given out at their Christmas party (a much-needed break for many children). In addition, we purchased £1,000 worth of gifts for the wards, which will act as a comfort for children awaiting surgery.
Cerebral Palsy Cumbria£3,0002015The CKDCF has donated £3,000 to Cerebral Palsy Cumbria. The donation will fund a Support Worker/Physio at the organisation.
Haverigg School, Cumbria£1,9602015With the CKDCF's donation, Haverigg School were able to purchase a sensory unit. It has been named 'The Peter Watson Sensory Unit' in memory of our dear friend.
Jaydon Weldon£1,0002015The CKDCF donated £1,000 towards the cost of a new motorised wheelchair for a young boy who suffers from cerebral palsy and poor vision. This donation was made through the West Cumbria Society for the Blind.

Epilepsy Action£3,0002015Donation made in memory of the late daughter of one of Francis's fans, Mara. The donation will be used to fund a number of education sessions in local schools, aimed at educating students on epilepsy.

Newcastle RVI Children’s Cancer Ward£2982013The CKDCF bought 200 selection boxes for Newcastle RVI Children’s Cancer ward. All gifts were hand wrapped and delivered by the CKDCF volunteers and special guest Alan Shearer.
School for Blind Children in Edinburgh£4802013The CKDCF donated £480 to the School for Blind Children in Edinburgh to benefit Cumbrian Daniel Murphy with an iPad to assist with homework.

Orgill School, Egremont£5002012Orgill School was the Primary School winner of the 2012 CKDCF charity T-Shirt design contest. The £500 school prize was used to purchase football posts and nets.
Aaron Hewitt£1,108.992012A Braille-enhanced Apple Macbook Pro and a digital dictaphone was purchase for Aaron Hewitt, a 10 year old blind boy, to assist with homework and daily activities.
Newcastle RVI Children’s Cancer Wards£1,8002011The CKDCF made a £1,800 donation to The Great North Children’s Hospital Cancer Ward to purchase a futon chair bed to allow parents to sleep next to their children on the ward.

Mayfield Special School, Whitehaven£5002008Facilitated musical concert through a series called: Music in Hospitals, an organization with a mission to improve the quality of life of adults and children with all kinds of illness and disability through the joy and therapeutic benefits of live music.

Cumbria Alcohol and Drug Advisory Service: Straightline, under-19 help centre of CADAS, Egremont£3,0002008Funded a pilot project which targets Salterbeck, an area in Workington, Cumbria where unemployment is double the national average, income is lower than average and Job Seekers benefit is claimed twice as much as the national average. Through a program called Straightline (SL) the CKDCF funded project focused on outreach work with young people, a community based drop in session for drug and alcohol information and structured courses so young people are able to gain a nationally recognized accreditation through the Open College Network.
